Love this place! It’s a little run down, but their fajita’s are my absolute favorite. Great chips and Salsa and the best soda of any restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Their salsa is incredibly delicious! I have to set my pace or I'll get too full by the time my entree arrives. Great price for great food. Worth the drive if you live two blocks or two states away!

When I was here it was really busy, however I was seated quickly and my server was just amazing! She was extremely nice and made me feel happy to be here. The food that I ordered came out very fast and was extremely hot! It was amazing! I have been coming to Joe Bandidos for as long as I remember. My mom would always bring me here as a kid. It has always been one of my favorite places to eat!!

The first time I came here I was really impressed. The food was amazing, the service was great and I loved the atmosphere. The second time I came was a totally different experience. Coming into the restaurant was really confusing. We waited by the door to get seated but apparently had to go up to the bar to be seated. Their food still tasted really good but the service wasnt really there. So I'm compromising and giving a 3 star rating.

My family absolutely loves Joe Bandido’s! I even went there for my birthday dinner. My favorite thing to order there is the chicken fajitas. The chicken is super juicy and delicious! Another thing my family always gets is the chips and salsa appetizer. My little brothers always gobble down around 5 baskets of their homemade chips😂 They offer a kids meal for all ages as well

Muted flavors, suitable for Utah tastes but they could be more exciting. Service was great - Utah friendly. Best chips, salsa fresh but needs more spice, kick. If you're in the area, check it out. Not worth a special trip. Chili Tepin is still the best.

Amazing food, probably the best salsa in the state. But there to go/take out service is the worst I've ever seen. I won't go into details but one shouldn't have to go back in 2 times to get things fixed/made right.So sad because I truly love rhis place.

The food here was very good. They had an assortment of Mexican foods which were all very good. The food was not that expensive and most things costed about 10 dollars. They also gave out delicious fresh free nachos and a bowl of salsa to dip them in. My overall experience was great and it deserves five stars. I would definitely recommend you come here next time you want to eat some Mexican food.

In an effort to support local business (Joe Bandido's) in Springville, we ordered dinner on April 29, 2020. The delivery was in good time, but in light of COVID-19 best practices, I was disappointed....to put it mildly. The delivery driver....a middle aged man, delivered our food without a mask, or gloves, and did not keep a safe social distance. My wife received the order at the door and the delivery guy hovered over her while she signed the receipt. We called the restaurant the next day to speak with the owner/manager. He informed us that his drivers wear gloves and masks when out on deliveries. When we explained how our food was delivered he said he was sorry....that it was a mistake. I advised the owner that this is not mistake...., this is ignorance. CUSTOMERS...BEWARE!!

The best Mexican restaurant ever. The portion are really good, loots of left overs. The chips and salsa are also really good.

The food here is always fresh and delicious. Wide variety of dishes with some beer and cocktail choices. Inexpensive and the dining area is kept clean. Going mid-afternoon is a good time because it’s usually less busy. The service here is hit-or-miss, depending on who you get as a waiter or waitress. Overall, a great casual place to eat and spend time with loved ones.

I would classify Joe Bandido's as a Mexican restaurant that caters to American customers. The food is predictable and really good, but the service has really impressed me the few times I've eaten here with family. The last time, servers paid extra attention to my in-laws from New Zealand that had never eaten Mexican food before, and even threw in an extra appetizer for free. Everyone came away commenting how special the evening had been, and I think the staff had a lot to do with that.

The food was good and they had take out and free refills! The food comes in large portions so that is always a plus. Their restaurant is a bit confusing to get around but I didn't mind that. The employees were good, but they snapped a lot, which makes sense because it was busy then. Anyway love the food!

The place is not kept in a good state. It's dirty and things are in a little bit of disrepair (such as the toilet in the mens bathroom).I ordered the taquitos, which comes with 3 taquitos. The portion size was great but unfortunately I feel as if the food is bland. The refried beans were lumpy and had no flavor. The Mexican rice was dry and not flavorful. The best thing about the place is the chips and salsa and the prices are reasonable.

I have not order here in a long time and now I remember why. I sent my father down with our order all typed out, as mine has a lot of adjustments as some items I cannot do. One order was no rice, it showed up with double rice, the second one was listed no lettuce at all. It showed up with lettuce all over. When you have restrictions on what type of food you can eat and shows up with a lettuce all over it, it very poor service. It like they cannot read a printed out order, no it was not handed written. With having medical condition, I need to make a lot of adjustments to my order. I just wish places could take the time and follow an order how it is printed out.

I am usually pretty underwhelmed when it comes to sit down Mexican restaurants. Joe Bandidos knocked my socks off. Very quick service, creative menu, and so much cheese! I would recommend this to anyone.

Super yummy! And the salsa and chips are incredible! But when we asked for a container to put the salsa in with the chips to go they said if they gave us a container for the salsa they'd have to charge us for it. . . .Silly little extra feesAlso, if you order your food over the phone and come down to pick it up they charge you extra to pick it up. So I'm lower my review to 3 stars.

This review is focused mainly on their rice and beans, the stars of the show. Well, they should be, but not so much here. Any Mexican Restaurant should be able to execute epic beans and rice, at the very least.Rice- it was underwhelmingly B L A N D. Honestly tasted like a box if Rice a Roni. Beans- once you remove the cheese mask you're left with, yet again, no flavor. No spices. Nothing. Also, they got my order wrong which only added insult to injury.

My family and I ate here for the first time today, and everybody loved their food. The shredded beef was deliciously spiced, and the chile verde pork was salted just right. This restaurant had the best chips, salsa, and taquitos we've ever had at a Mexican restaurant, hands down. Only two things held my review back from being five stars: the rice and the atmosphere. The rice was very dry, and I'd say the stark and somewhat messy atmosphere is below average.Despite those two detractions, I would heartily encourage anyone to go here for a delicious meal.

We love Joe's! I'll be honest, it's not the best Mexican food I've ever had, but it's still pretty tasty, has the best chips and salsa that I've ever had, and has very friendly service.

I always order the half bandido, no meat, with a side of rice and extra jalapenos. Top it with rice and salsa, makes a great lunch or dinner. The chips and salsa are always delicious. House margarita is a tasty drink to go with your meal. The sevice is usually fast and friendly. No bar seating right now but you can usually get a seat fast if you choose to sit at the bar. The patio is nice on cool evening. Kids meals are decent sized. Portion sizes are big so go hungry!

Joe's is one of my wife and I'a favorite restaurants for date night, but it is also great for family meals. There salsa is amazing and the green sauce for their enchiladas is unbelievable. We go at least once a month!

We usually love Joe Bandido's, it just seemed kinda off. The food was still great and so were the drinks, it was just so weird. I honestly think it was the masks and not being as personable and friendly as usual.

Great food. The lunch bunch specials are a great deal. Their chips and salsa is the best in Utah county.

The food is amazing! I got the Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos and let me tell you, best place for fish in Utah. My wife got the shrimp enchiladas and they were also 5/5. Do not expect 5 star service from the staff, but let's be honest... why would you come here for anything except the food?
